This page explains which personal data the pureliink.com website collects, why, how long it is kept, who receives it and how to exercise your rights.
Who is responsible for your data
PURE LIINK, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), 32 rue Saint-Lazare, 27200 Vernon, France (SIREN 948 262 787). For any question about your data:service@pureliink.com.
What we collect, and why
When you write to us
The website forms — product questions, advice requests, the affiliate enquiry and sending your diagnosis — collect:
- your first name and email address, needed to answer you;
- your phone number, if you give it (Affiliate form only);
- your message, or the needs you ticked in the diagnosis;
- the date of the request, and the affiliate who referred you to the site, if any.
This data is used to answer your request: advise you on the products, or present the affiliate programme if you wish. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible purchase or commitment (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
If you are a PureLiink affiliate
To open your affiliate area, you enter your account’s email address. We check it against the affiliate directory (first name, email, referral alias) and send you a one-time code, valid for ten minutes and never stored. Your area shows the requests meant for you. Legal basis: performance of your affiliate contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To protect the website
Your IP address is kept in memory for one hour at most, to limit abusive submissions. It is never stored with your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives your data
- The affiliate who referred you to the site, when known: they find your request in their area to answer you. PureLiink affiliates are independent.
- The PureLiink team, which receives by email the requests that came without an affiliate.
- Our technical providers, acting only on our instructions: Hostinger, which hosts the website and the requests on servers located in Germany; Resend, which sends the website’s emails.
We never sell or rent your data.
Transfers outside the European Union
Resend is a company established in the United States (Plus Five Five, Inc.): the emails it delivers may be processed there. This transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, and Resend participates in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The website and the requests remain hosted in the European Union.
How long we keep it
- Your requests: three years after your last contact with PureLiink or with the affiliate who follows you. You can have them erased at any time before then. After three years, we may ask whether you wish to stay in touch; without a positive answer, your data is erased.
- Backups: thirty days. Erased data therefore also leaves the backups within thirty days.
- The affiliate area access code: ten minutes.

Cookies
The website uses no advertising cookies, no audience measurement and no social media content.

If you decline the referral cookie, nothing is stored on your device: the recommendation only counts for the current visit. The online shop (shop.pureliink.com) sets its own referral cookie,sponsoredBy, for 3 days when you arrive there through an affiliate’s link. You can delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You may at any time access your data, have it corrected or erased (right to be forgotten), restrict its use, object to its use, or receive it in a readable format (portability). You may also withdraw your consent to the referral cookie by deleting the website’s cookies in your browser.
Write to service@pureliink.com, or by post to PURE LIINK, 32 rue Saint-Lazare, 27200 Vernon, France. We answer within one month. For an erasure, we delete all your requests based on your email address.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
Security
Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Each affiliate only sees the requests that concern them, and access to their area requires a code sent to their email address. Requests are backed up every night.
